With the weather in Pennsylvania being less than fall fabulous I decided to post a picture from my summer vacation to Sarasota, Florida. The beach always seems to make me feel better! This little guy was wandering around in the night down at Longboat Key Beach. The sand reminds me of the wonderful heat, the smell of the ocean and the feel of the sand in my toes! Hope this brings up everyone’s weather woes!

My new favorite animal, flamingos! They were so neat to see up close. These are Caribbean Flamingos and almost as tall as me! (I’m 5’5″)…They ate from the palm of my hand and were positively pink

During my trip to Florida I visited the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota. It was a gorgeous place that showcased thousands of beautiful flowers. The humidity in the greenhouse cause some fog on the lens but I think it gives it an ethereal touch.
